Protest demonstrations, road block and shutter down strike across Balochistan against police violence and arrests of Baloch protesters in Islamabad On the call of the Baloch Yakjehti Committee, a shutter down strike is being held across Balochistan today, while the main road has been closed for traffic at various places. Business centers and shops are closed in all small and big cities of Balochistan including Quetta, Turbat, Gwadar, Nushki, Khuzdar, Panjgur. Protest rallies are being held in all cities, including the capital city of Balochistan, Quetta, a large number of people participated in the protest and recorded their protest against state oppression. On the call of the Baloch Yakjehti Committee, protest rallies were also held in other cities including Hub, Panjgur, Khuzdar, Kohlu and Turbat. On this occasion, the speakers said that the Islamabad police had faced severe police violence against the Baloch women and children and the participants of the long march. They condemned, police brutalities over Baloch protesters in Islamabad and said "we have come out against state repression, until Islamabad police release all the arrested persons and give the right to the families of Baloch missing persons, participants of long march, to protest peacefully, this protest movement will continue.
