On the night of September 19th, the militants of the Balochistan Liberation Front (BLF) launched an attack on the Pakistani Navy camp in the central city of Turbat.

The insurgents targeted the northern security post of the Navy camp from very close range with heavy automatic weapons. In the ten-minute skirmish, one navy personnel was killed, another injured, and damage was inflicted on the post. After the attack, the defeated forces continued to fire upon the civilian population for a long time.

The Pakistani Navy forces have occupied Baloch lands and have built a sprawling camp on thousands of acres of land , rapidly expanding it by seizing more lands daily. In this occupation, they are actively supporting some so-called nationalist elements and local landowners who are directly collaborating with the Pakistani forces.

In the same camp, the navy commands military operations, particularly in Makran, Kech, and Gwadar region, monitoring and operating military helicopters and drone technology. Furthermore, this camp also houses an underground torture cell consisting of more than seventy rooms.

The Balochistan Liberation Front claims responsibility for this attack and vows to continue attacks on the interests of the occupying Pakistani state until the liberation of Balochistan.
