Six people have been arrested by the Iranian police for the murder of Hani Baloch and Sameer Baloch

A gang of six persons allegedly involved in the abduction and brutal killing of Ruksana aka Hani Gul Baloch and her husband Sameer Baloch have been apprehended by the Iranian law enforcement authorities in Iran Shahr, city of Sistan-e-Balochistan state, Iranian state media claimed.

According to the Iranian authorities, "they have arrested the six-member terrorist group involved in the abduction and brutal murder of the Baloch family with the help of "Sarbaazan Gumnaam Imam e Zaman". Hani Gul Baloch was a human rights activist from Eastern Balochistan, who married with sameer Baloch few months before and shifted to western Balochistan. Both were abducted last month from Iran Shahr and later their mutilated bodies were found brunt with acids in Sarawan city.

It should be remembered that few years ago, the Iranian forces arrested Sameer Baloch on the charge of murdering a local man and released him as the crime was not proven. While a few days before the abduction of Sameer Baloch, his brother Rauf Baloch was also killed on charges of blasphemy in Eastern Balochistan's Kech district.
