Turbat - CTD kills four more Baloch youths in a fake encounter The notorious so-called Counter-Terrorism Force (CTD) yesterday killed four Baloch youths in a fake encounter in Turbat city of Balochistan and declared them as alleged terrorists. The CTD on Thursday morning shifted the bodies of four persons to Turbat Civil Hospital and claimed that they were killed in a clash on Pasni Road last night. Three of the four bodies have so far been confirmed to be previously missing persons after being illegally detained by state forces at various times. One of the bodies was identified as Balach s/o Mula Bakhsh Resident Absar, who was picked up from Turbat on the night of October 29, 2023. According to the lawyer of the deceased, Jadeen Dashti, "Balach was also produced before the judicial magistrate on November 21. According to the charges against him, the court handed him over to the CTD police on 10-day physical remand, but after two days he killed by the CTD force in a fake encounter. It should be noted that Balach's family members have been protesting at Shaheed Fida Ahmed Chowk in Turbat since yesterday with his dead body. The Baloch Yakjehti Committee presented a charter of demand demanding that the CTD withdraw its false claim and admit to killing these people in fake encounter.
